But from Steve's first visit, when he showed us his personal certificates and testimonials, and talked us through all the configuration options, we knew this was the company we wanted to use. His dedication to the best materials (the best wood, the most effective insulation) and his excellent craftsmanship, coupled with his long-standing relationships with every other tradesperson involved in the build, make him a totally safe pair of hands for such a big financial investment. He's also completely reliable, turning up every day as promised until the job is done, and vacuums at the end of each day to keep mess to a minimum.
